This medical device company that designs, manufactures, and supplies the Nucleus cochlear implant needed a leadership strategy. I helped them develop a number of their leaders, align and set annual organizational priorities for respective markets, and ensure they were measurable and impactful. I also identified changes they needed to make to their org structure and put a tactical plan in place. Finally, I developed leadership performance standards for every level of the organization.
This imaging core lab needed help with assessing their company structure, and I guided them through identifying strategies for sales, expenses, cash flow, staff, marketing, and future vision. This effort resulted in developing a long-term strategic growth plan.
A destination restaurant based in Knoxville, TN, needed to focus on the future despite economic and staffing challenges. I partnered with them to devise a 3–5-year growth plan and helped them identify organizational performance changes that would maximize short-term and long-term revenue.
To align the communication and analytics strategies for this injury and defense legal firm, I initiated a thorough profitability, compensation, and strategic audit of the firm’s current and projected business. I made recommendations that resulted in helping change the direction and profitability of the firm.
As a strategic advisor to the world’s leader in international amateur sports travel, I helped maximize business across the U.S. and Europe. We established strategic partnerships, apparel agreements, long-term contracts, and revenue-sharing opportunities to build a sustainable revenue path for this niche travel business.
Acting as an agent for the world’s only five-time national banjo champion Gary “Biscuit” Davis, I negotiated a new contract with his client, developed a business plan, and partnered with a social media vendor to build his online presence and influence. I helped him map a process to clarify future business strategy and incorporated this into his social media plan. I also guided him in developing vendor sponsorships and personal appearance marketing plans.
